WELCOME LAWYER NGUYEN NGOC PHUOC BECOME A SENIOR ADVISOR AT LHLEGAL LAW FIRM

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuoc was born in 1958.

In 1982, he transferred from the Army to the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City, where he was assigned to the Thu Duc District Procuracy as a Criminal Division Specialist. He was promoted to primary prosecutor specializing in criminal cases in 1988.

From 1997 to 2009, Mr. Phuoc was the Deputy Director of Thu Duc District Procuracy.

In 2009, Mr. Phuoc was assigned to the People's Procuracy of District 2 as Deputy Director in charge of the Criminal Division.

In 2018 he retired and officially became a lawyer in 2020 belongs to the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.

Mr. Phuoc has overseen, investigated, prosecuted, and tried numerous complex criminal cases during his career in the judiciary. He was recognized by the state for his contributions to the Vietnamese Procuracy for many years in a row. He always completed the assigned tasks successfully, never allowing a wrongful trial to occur or suspending the investigation of the case.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuoc formally joined LHLegal Law Firm as a Senior Advisor on July 14, 2022, at the invitation of Lawyer Le Nguyen Hoa, the firm's managing director and a criminal law expert.
